NovaToolkit is a time tracking and project management app for teams, agencies, and freelancers. This policy explains what data we handle and why. We collect only what's needed to run the service.

- Account information — your name and email, to create and secure your account.
- Content you create — organizations, projects, tasks, time logs, and time-off requests.
- Device push token — only if you enable notifications, to deliver reminders.
03How we use your information
- Provide core features: tracking time, managing projects, syncing across devices.
- Send account, security, and opted-in notification messages.
- Maintain, secure, and improve the service.
04How we share information
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. Information is shared only with members of your own organization as the app requires, and with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly to operate the service.
05Storage & security
Stored on our managed servers. Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and access is limited to operating the service.
06Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data anytime. Email support@novatoolkit.com and we'll help.
07Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
08Children
NovaToolkit is intended for people 17 and older and is not directed at children.
